Ever wonder how a pellet grill really works?
A motor turns an auger which feeds pellets into a firebox. There, a hot rod automatically ignites the pellets, and a combustion fan keeps them burning. A fan inside the hopper maintains positive pressure which prevents burn-back in the auger tube. A sensor mounted inside the grill sends data to the on-board computer ten times every second, and the controller adjusts the air and pellet flow to maintain the temperature you set.
Do I have to use Green Mountain Grill Pellets?
Federal law prohibits such a requirement. GMG do, however, recommend that you use their pellets to maximize the performance of your grill. If you choose to use other pellets, please use only food-grade hardwood grilling pellets. Do not use softwood pellets, some of them contain phenols that will be harmful to your health.
How should I store the pellets?
We recommend clean, dry, inside storage in the original bags or a waterproof storage container.
How often should I clean my grill?
GMG recommend about every large bags of pellets. A shop vac will do the trick. Always make sure the grill is cool. Vacuum the bottom of the grill, focusing on getting the fire box clear.
Should I line my grease bucket with foil?
Yes, it will make it much easier to clean.
How long does it take my grill to cool down?
Depending on ambient temperature, the grill can take from 15-45 minutes to cool down after it exits FAN mode.
How long is my warranty?
GMG’s limited warranty is 2 years. Head to GMG website to read about their warranty.

Smokers are available for delivery into Metro areas of Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Central Coast, Newcastle, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast. Shipping cost is based on delivery to these locations. Any orders placed for other locations including regional areas will have shipping rates reviewed and revised if necessary. Customer may cancel the order for a full refund if revised shipping rate is not suitable. Outdoor Elegance reserves the right to cancel the order at any time.
We are contractually unable to supply into Australian Capital Territory and surrounds. Please refer to an alternate dealer in the area for stock. Any orders placed online will be cancelled and refunded.

Organising your Delivery
Following checkout we will contact you to discuss delivery details. We will need to know a little about the site access, parking and work out a time that suits you.
Please note shipping times can vary from 1 day to around two weeks for regional deliveries depending on when our next run to your area is and if we have to transfer stock interstate to fulfil your order. Delivery price includes delivery to premises only.
